  • How fast do quotes really go out?

    Same business day. Most go out within 4 hours during UK office hours. If a build is unusual we tell you upfront and quote in 24 hours rather than guess.

  • Are the products genuine?

    Every product is sourced through authorised distribution. Provenance documentation, including Certificates of Authenticity where applicable, is available on request.

  • Will HPE ROK work on a Dell server?

    No. ROK is BIOS-locked to HPE ProLiant. If you need Windows Server for Dell or Lenovo we quote standard Microsoft volume licensing instead.

  • Do you handle Meraki renewals?

    Yes. We track expiry dates and quote ahead of renewal so devices keep talking to the dashboard. Renewals are co-termed onto a single anniversary date.

  • What's your minimum order?

    None. A single CAL pack is fine. We do volume pricing for MSPs and brokers, with discount tiers visible on the quote.

  • Can you ship to the EU after Brexit?

    Yes. We ship DDP where possible, so there are no import surprises at the door. EU customers get a UK-issued VAT-zero invoice with the local import handled by us.
