Warranty
What’s covered, who covers it, and how to raise a claim.

Manufacturer (OEM) warranty, passed through
Hardware (DDR5 server memory, GPUs, servers and networking) is covered by the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty: HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, NVIDIA and others. That warranty is OEM-backed and passed through to you; it is not a warranty originated or underwritten by VeriLicense. The term, level and conditions are set by the manufacturer for the specific product.
We supply genuine product through authorised UK and EU distribution, so it qualifies for the standard manufacturer warranty and support. Provenance documentation is available on request.
What VeriLicense does
We help you raise and progress a valid claim with the manufacturer: confirming entitlement, part and serial details, and pointing you to the right OEM support channel. We are facilitating the OEM warranty, not replacing it.
Term and level
The warranty term and service level depend on the product and any support pack bought with it, for example next-business-day or on-site cover. The applicable warranty is shown against the line on your quote; ask us to confirm the OEM warranty for a specific SKU before you order.
Refurbished or used hardware
Where an item is supplied as refurbished or used, its condition and the warranty that applies are stated on the listing and on the quote, and may differ from a new-product manufacturer warranty.
Digital software licences
Digital licences are not covered by a hardware warranty. They are supplied genuine and warranted to activate as described; activation, entitlement and any vendor support follow the software vendor’s own licence terms. If a delivered key fails to activate, see Contact and we will work with the vendor (see also Returns).
How to raise a claim
Look up your order in the order portal, then contact us with the product, serial number and a description of the fault. We will confirm the warranty position and the next step.
