I lost my order number. How do I find it?
Email sales@verilicense.co.uk from the address you used at checkout. We will resend the confirmation within UK business hours, usually inside 1 hour.Can I retrieve a code after one year?
Yes. The order portal is open for the life of the licence. Codes are never expired from your record and can be re-retrieved at any time.Why can't I see my licence code?
The most common cause is a typo in the email or order number. Both must match the original order exactly. If the order is brand new, allow a few minutes for the record to settle. Still stuck, email sales@verilicense.co.uk.Can I transfer a licence to a different server?
It depends on the product. HPE ROK is BIOS-locked to the original HPE ProLiant. Microsoft and Oracle licences usually transfer under their re-assignment rules. Send us the details and we will confirm in writing.
