Windows Server 2025 Standard in Dell ROK format. Covers 16 physical processor cores and runs exclusively on Dell PowerEdge hardware — the licence is BIOS-bound to Dell and cannot be transferred to non-Dell servers. Supports up to 2 virtual machines on the licensed host. Windows Server CALs are required for each user or device accessing the server. Installation media and product key are included. Dell's current ROK guidance says this operating-system kit is for new server installations and must be deployed by a Dell-authorised reseller before the server reaches the customer. It does not provide downgrade rights to earlier Windows Server versions; any earlier version must be sourced separately. Pair with 634-CVFQ (16-core add-on) or 634-CVDV (2-core add-on) to licence servers with more than 16 physical cores.
