How long does broker approval take?
Most applications are approved the same business day. We may ask for proof of trading address or a recent invoice if anything looks unclear.
Do I have to commit to a spend?
There is no fixed monthly spend commitment or minimum order quantity. Tier changes are reviewed manually from proven trading.
Can I get Platinum?
Platinum is earned, not declared. We promote brokers with a consistent track record above £50,000 monthly trade spend over at least 3 months.
What if I am a one-person MSP?
Bronze and Silver are designed to work for smaller firms too. The programme does not require a large team or a fixed spending commitment.
How do I see my current tier?
Once approved, log in. Your active tier is shown beside your account name. Contact the trade desk if you need the assignment history or a tier review.
Do you offer payment terms?
We consider net terms case by case after you establish a trading record. New accounts begin on pro-forma terms, with card, BACS or PO where agreed.
