How long does broker approval take?
Most applications are approved the same business day. We may ask for proof of trading address or a recent invoice if anything looks unclear.
Do I have to commit to a spend?
No commitment. Your tier is based on what you actually do month-to-month. Lower-spend months can move you down; higher-spend months can promote you.
Can I get Platinum?
Platinum is earned, not declared. We promote brokers with a consistent track record above £50,000 monthly trade spend over at least three months.
What if I am a one-person MSP?
Bronze and Silver are designed to work for smaller firms too. The programme does not require a large team or a fixed spending commitment.
How do I see my current tier?
Once approved, log in to your account. Your dashboard shows your current tier, declared spend and available tier history.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net terms are considered case-by-case after a trading record has been established. New accounts begin on pro-forma terms, with card, BACS or PO where agreed.
