Digital licences, by email

We deliver digital licences electronically using the method shown for that product. Check the product page, order email or quote for the region, term, activation steps and expected timing.

You can retrieve your keys at any time from the order portal using your email and order number. Delivered digital licences are non-refundable: see Returns.

Physical hardware

We source hardware through established UK and EU supply channels and ship it to you. Lead times depend on supplier stock, allocation and any configuration or special-order work. A quote states the expected dispatch time before you commit. For online orders, we email the dispatch timing once the order is arranged. We deliver across the UK and the EU.

• Your quote or order email states the carrier, lead time and any delivery charge.
• Tracking is provided once the carrier collects.
• Risk passes to you on delivery (see Terms).

Items that need a quote

Many enterprise products need a quote because configuration, supplier stock and market pricing can change. Your quote states the expected delivery time before you commit. Get a quote for a specific SKU or build, and we aim to respond within 4 UK business hours.

If something goes wrong

If a delivery is late or damaged, contact us with your order number. We will chase the carrier or arrange the next step. Transit damage is handled as a fault: see Returns.
