Digital licences, by email

Digital licences are delivered electronically. When your payment clears and a key is in stock, the licence key and activation steps are emailed to you, usually within minutes. Where a key is sourced to order, we confirm the expected timing on your quote.

You can retrieve your keys at any time from the order portal using your email and order number. Delivered digital licences are non-refundable: see Returns.

Physical hardware

Hardware is supplied from authorised UK and EU distribution and shipped to you. Stocked items typically ship the same or next working day; built, configured or special-order items are confirmed on the quote. We deliver across the UK and the EU.

• The carrier, lead time and any delivery charge are confirmed on your quote before you order.
• Tracking is provided once the carrier collects.
• Risk passes to you on delivery (see Terms).

Quote-led items

Many enterprise lines are quote-led: the price and lead time depend on configuration, supplier stock and market movement. You will always see the expected delivery before you commit. Request a quote for a specific SKU or build, and we respond the same business day.

If something goes wrong

Missed or damaged delivery? See Contact and tell us your order number; we will chase the carrier or arrange a replacement. Transit damage is handled as a fault: see Returns.
