    Microsoft 365 or perpetual Office — which makes sense?

    Microsoft 365 is a per-user monthly or annual subscription that includes cloud services, mobile apps and updates. Perpetual Office is a one-off licence locked to a specific version. Choose 365 if your users need Teams, Exchange or device flexibility. Choose perpetual Office if you want a fixed cost and don't need the cloud services.

    Can I buy Windows Server licences without an HPE server?

    Yes. Standalone and volume Microsoft Windows Server licences live here and are not BIOS-locked to a vendor. If your server is an HPE ProLiant and you want the cheaper bundled option, see the HPE ROK page.

    Do you supply CALs separately?

    Yes. User or Device CALs, version-matched to your Windows Server release — a 2022 CAL does not cover 2025 access. Tell us your user and device count and we will confirm the exact CAL set.

    How is the licence delivered?

    By email. You receive the licence key, official Microsoft download link and activation steps for that product. We do not use self-hosted ISOs. Your quote states expected delivery for anything sourced from the vendor.
