Does every downloadable product arrive automatically?
No. We show automatic delivery only when the product supports it and an unused entitlement is available. Other products keep their current purchase or quote option.

What happens if a key is not allocated automatically?
We review the order and email you with the next step. Your receipt will not promise a delivery time the product cannot support.
