What information do you need for a Meraki renewal?
Send the organisation name or ID where relevant, product family, exact model or SKU, quantity, current licence type and licensing model if known, current expiry or renewal date, and the required new term. Dashboard credentials are not needed for an initial quote.
Can hardware and licensing be quoted together?
Yes. We can put the hardware and matching licence on one quote. We check the model, licensing mode, edition or type, quantity and term before issuing it.
Do all Meraki products use the same licence?
No. Licence rules vary by family, model and licensing mode. MX licences are model-specific. Other families can follow different rules under Co-Termination or Subscription Licensing. We check the correct licence before quoting.
Can I add devices to an existing Meraki organisation?
Yes. Send the existing product family, new model, quantity, organisation licensing mode and current licence type if known. We check the new hardware and licence against the estate before quoting.
What happens when a Meraki licence expires?
The outcome depends on the licensing model and the current estate position. Check the relevant Cisco licensing information and the organisation's Dashboard state before renewal; VeriLicense does not assume a grace period, shutdown sequence or other entitlement behaviour when preparing an initial quote.
