Veeam Data Platform Foundation is Veeam's current entry subscription tier, replacing the legacy Backup & Replication perpetual model. 1 instance covers 1 VM, 1 physical server, 1 cloud workload, or 500GB NAS — the most flexible coverage unit in the backup market. The 10-instance pack is the standard reseller unit of sale. The 3-year subscription is the MSP default: it locks cost across the support cycle and carries a better per-instance rate than annual renewals. Enterprise Plus Edition features are included at Foundation tier. 24/7 Production Support is included. VeriLicense quotes larger instance packs and multi-customer MSP agreements — contact us for volume pricing.
