What's included.

Microsoft 365 does not guarantee backup or long-term retention. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 fills that gap with point-in-time recovery for Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive libraries, and Teams conversations. Recovery is granular — single items, folders, or full mailboxes — without a full-tenant restore. Licenced per protected user per year. Backup data sits on-premises or in cloud storage of the customer's choice. Widely deployed by UK MSPs as a recurring-revenue attach alongside M365 seat resales. This SKU covers the Foundation tier, 1-year term. Distinct from V-FDNVUL (Veeam Data Platform Universal Licence, already in the proposal backlog): B365 targets M365 workloads only and is sold per protected user, not per workload instance.
