The HPE 64GB Dual Rank x4 DDR4-3200 Registered SmartMemory Kit (P07650-B21) is the maximum-capacity DDR4 DIMM for HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus and Gen11 platforms. 8 modules in a standard 8-slot DL380 Gen10 Plus delivers 512 GB — enough for large VMware estates, SQL Server in-memory workloads, and SAP HANA environments where memory headroom directly determines performance. HPE SmartMemory validation activates the full Gen10 Plus RAS feature set, iLO 6 health monitoring, and platform-optimised timing. For customers running memory-bound Gen10 Plus systems who are not yet due a full server refresh, 64 GB DIMMs are the highest-value single-item upgrade VeriLicense can close.
