Both controllers present 10Gbps iSCSI targets over RJ45 — no Fibre Channel switches, SFP transceivers, or host bus adapters are needed, cutting deployment cost significantly against FC alternatives. 12 × large-form-factor bays accept SAS HDDs, SSDs, or midline SAS drives depending on the workload. Automated tiering v2.0 shifts hot data to SSD automatically; thin provisioning maximises usable capacity without pre-allocating physical space. 64 standard snapshots (512 optional) support backup and test/dev workflows. Self-encrypting drive support meets data-at-rest compliance requirements. Dual-controller architecture eliminates single points of failure. Scales to 9 additional enclosures.
