The HPE Aruba CX 6300M 24G-CLASS4-PoE 4SFP56 is an enterprise-grade Layer 3 access switch. 24 Gigabit PoE+ (Class 4) ports with up to 740W shared PoE budget. 4 SFP56 uplinks support 1, 10, 25, or 50GbE — future-proofed for high-speed core connections. Powered by ArubaOS-CX with full REST API and event-driven scripting. Supports OSPF, BGP, VXLAN, and PIM — a genuine enterprise routing platform, not just a managed access switch. Suitable for enterprise campus floor distributions and managed service provider deployments where the prior-proposed Aruba Instant On (JL8xx) range is too lightweight. No Aruba Central subscription required to operate; Central adds cloud management.
