The Cisco Catalyst C9500-24Y4C-A fills the campus backbone and data centre aggregation role. 24 SFP28 ports run at 1, 10 or 25 Gigabit Ethernet. 4 uplinks support 40 or 100 Gigabit Ethernet. The Unified Access Data Plane ASIC delivers 6.4 Tbps switching capacity and 2 Bpps forwarding performance. StackWise Virtual virtualises two chassis into one logical switch without a stacking cable. Up to 256,000 IPv4 and IPv6 routing entries are supported in hardware. Meraki Cloud monitoring is an available option. A Cisco DNA Advantage licence is mandatory and available separately from VeriLicense.
