What's included.
Microsoft Teams Phone Standard (CFQ7TTC0LH0T-0001) lets users make and receive PSTN calls directly from the Teams client. It provides the phone system capability only — customers also need a third-party Operator Connect partner or a direct routing provider to route calls to the public telephone network. The licence is an annual NCE commitment billed per user per year. Every VeriLicense customer buying Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3, or E1 is a candidate when they want to consolidate their telephony into Teams. Microsoft 365 E5 includes Teams Phone at no extra cost; all other plans require this add-on. Standard UK market price is approximately £80 per user per year ex-VAT through reseller channels. Do not sell as a standalone — confirm the customer has a Teams-included M365 plan and an operator or calling plan before quoting.
