What's included.

Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) is the analytics upgrade for organisations that have already deployed Microsoft 365. Where the included Power BI Pro licence caps models at 1 GB and refreshes at 8 per day, PPU raises these limits to 100 GB and 48 refreshes respectively — enabling large datasets, complex calculated columns, and enterprise-grade reporting without moving to a capacity reservation.

Key features over Power BI Pro: paginated reports, deployment pipelines, AI-powered visuals, and dataflows Gen2 with incremental refresh. PPU is fully compatible with existing M365 E3, E5, and Business Premium tenants — no tenant migration required. Licence is user-scoped: any report shared to a PPU user by another PPU user can be consumed without additional capacity purchase.

Delivery is electronic within one business day via Microsoft NCE. The Annual NCE term commits the customer to 12 months; mid-term cancellation or seat reduction is not permitted under standard NCE commercial terms.
