Fortinet FortiAP 231K Indoor Wi-Fi 7 Access Point

The FortiAP 231K is the current-generation indoor access point for FortiGate-based environments. It delivers Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz simultaneously, with aggregate throughput up to 9.32 Gbps. It connects to FortiGate over FortiLink — your existing FortiGate becomes the wireless controller. There is nothing else to manage. The 231K replaces the discontinued 231G (end-of-sale October 2025) and adds Wi-Fi 7 plus a 10G uplink port for high-density deployments. It suits office, branch, and education environments. Requires 802.3bt PoE+ input. FortiCare support licence sold separately.
