Windows Server 2025 Datacenter in Dell ROK format. A single 16-core licence covers every virtual machine running on the licensed physical host — no per-VM licensing cost. Windows Server CALs are still required for each user or device accessing the server. BIOS-bound to Dell hardware; cannot be transferred to non-Dell servers. The correct choice for Dell PowerEdge environments running Hyper-V or VMware with high VM density. Installation media and product key are included. Downgrade rights to Windows Server 2022 and 2019 apply.
