The MX95 is Cisco Meraki's mid-range SD-WAN and unified threat management appliance. It delivers up to 2 Gbps stateful firewall throughput and 600 Mbps Advanced Security throughput. Ships with 8 × 1G RJ45 LAN ports, 2 × 1G SFP uplinks, and 2 × WAN ports. Cloud-managed via the Meraki Dashboard — zero-touch deployment, automatic firmware updates, and centralised visibility across all sites. Pair with an ENT or SEC annual licence to activate SD-WAN, content filtering, intrusion detection, and teleworker VPN. Suited to UK businesses running 200–500 users at a single site or branch.
