  • What happens if a Meraki licence expires?

    Devices lose cloud management capability. The hardware keeps running on its last configuration until you renew, but you can't change config or pull stats. Always renew before expiry.

  • Can I extend an existing licence?

    Yes. We quote co-termed renewals so all your Meraki licences expire on the same date — easier to manage and easier to budget.

  • Enterprise or Advanced — which do I need?

    Enterprise covers core cloud management. Advanced adds IDS/IPS, advanced malware, and content filtering on MX. Pick Advanced if security is part of the deployment scope.
